PTC heater bonding in automotive air conditioners, one-component addition curing adhesive is recommended, to provide long-term thermal stability of the bonding, fast heat curing, and no curing by-products. Potting of resistors is recommended for two-component polyurethane encapsulants. It has excellent flexibility after curing and has good flame retardant effect.
