BEEP 6115 Flame retardant epoxy potting compound with high and low impact requirements. According to 100:15 weighing mixed weight ratio, using dispensing equipment form a complete set of automatic production line, through the preheating, mixing, glue, vacuum and heating or at room temperature curing, it has good adhesion to metal and plastic polarity, and can withstand considerable environmental high and low temperature impact test, as well as the constant temperature and humidity after verification of the physical characteristics and chemical properties.

Operating process

  • Mixing glue: the filler contained in component A will precipitate with placement time, so before use, mix component A evenly in the original package, then weigh component A and component B according to the weight ratio of 100:15, and then potting can be carried out after evenly mixing.
  • Different glue mixing amount, operation time will be different, for example, mixing 1kg glue must be used up within 15mins, 500g glue must be used up within 25mins. To ensure less bubbles and better filling performance for devices.
  • If necessary, the device can be vacuumized to increase the electrical properties of the device.
  • Curing conditions: 25℃*24 hours or 80℃*2 hours.
