FEATURES

BEPU 5110 A/B is a two-component solvent-free room temperature curing adhesive. Low odor, low VOC, in line with ROHS and REACH regulations. The process has wide operability and high physical properties of the finished product. It is suitable for machine dispensing and manual mixing operations; after curing, it has good adhesion, strong adhesion, excellent flexibility and elasticity, and good aging resistance and chemical resistance. Suitable for sealing and bonding various materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, polyester, etc.

Application

  • Aluminum-to-aluminum structure bonding of new energy batteries
  • Adhesion of substrate and facing materials such as fabric, felt, decorative board, PET film, etc.
  • Sealing and bonding of various metals and plastics, rubber, polyester and other materials
  • Before use:Material A of this product contains functional fillers, and there will be clear liquid on the upper layer of the glue. Before use, the original packaging glue needs to be stirred evenly, and then used.Seal the original packaging in time to prevent excessive contact with moisture.After the rubber material is exposed to air for a long time, it may cause bubbling after the AB material is mixed. If possible, the original packaging of material A can be placed in a constant temperature environment of 25°
  • Operational matters: When exposed to the atmosphere, material B will absorb water and hydrolyze. The phenomenon is that it becomes turbid and agglomerates. Material A also needs to be stored away from moisture to avoid excessive bubbles during curing. The environment of the curing process needs to control the humidity as low as possible, and the relative humidity should not exceed 60%.
  • Preheating: Please bake the cast device at 70~80℃ for 1~2 hours. The temperature can also be reduced and the heating time can be extended to remove the moisture from the device. Bepu 5100 will increase the viscosity at low temperature, and the material can be preheated to 25℃~45℃, which is easy to use.
  • Deaeration: Vacuum the A\B tank separately and stir at the same time to ensure that the A\B glue is vacuum-free before mixing.
  • Pouring: The mixture is poured into the device through a static mixer, and the gel time is approximately within 30 minutes.
  • Curing: 25℃/120 mins, it takes 24 hours to fully cure. The ambient humidity should be controlled at <70%, and the curing time should be extended as appropriate when the temperature is low.
