BEEP 6112 is a two-component solvent-free, room temperature cured epoxy potable material with excellent adhesion and heat resistance. The cured product conforms to UL 94V-0 flame retardant, Number:E340199.

1、Clean the surface:
Clean the surface of the device and remove rust, dust and oil stains with cleaning agent.
2、Mixing:
Before use, mix the A\B components evenly;
Weigh the two components A and B in the ratio of 100:20 stir them evenly and then debubble them in vacuum. They can be used up within 30 minutes and can be defoamed at room temperature.
3、Curing:
25℃*24hrs; It can be quickly cured by heating, and the heating condition is 80℃2hr.
4、Matters needing attention:
In the mixing process, it is necessary to turn back the liquid inside the container to ensure the uniformity of the mixing.
Curing time is greatly affected by temperature.
5、Dispensing machine:
The curing agent and the main agent will not damage the equipment material, and the curing agent will not have monomer curing or crystallization phenomenon;
Part A is thicker, so it is necessary to use the preheating function of material AB tank and pipeline on the equipment.
